Responsibilities Administrative support for the Service Delivery & Project team Document and report review Resource management and coordination Client and vendor communications and expectation management Support the team with ad-hoc tasks Ensure team compliance with Policies and Procedures Requirements 1 years in a similar Support or Project Coordination role Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, project management tools and Sharepoint Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation Updating detailed project plans and scheduling key project milestones & activities Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to key stakeholders Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget Managing the communication with our clients and key stakeholders, during a project, ensuring the project is delivered and closed positively Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Work well in a fast-paced environment Exceptional time management Proactive and autonomous worker Benefits Great company culture is very important to The Missing link.
