Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification.
Task and Duties include (but not limited to) •Using CPT UI and Modern CSV to transfer all content so it can be automatically adjusted, changed and uploaded with current changes. •Assist other employees across 2 offices. •Work with Sophos tech from Mackay in relation to set up web /social media safe traffic solutions, protecting servers and company end users. •Must be on site to learn and address needs of admin staff associated with software and online portal. LEAP software Hubspot and ADD SEARCH software. •Work closely with external IT company Taylors Computers Whitsundays to upgrade and adjust hardware used in the company to newly applied systems. •Design projects are for individual websites for each visa category we work on: Family visa, business visa, skilled visa, travel visa, citizenship, refusals, merit review and AAT. •Implement project is to advance Business visa with business for sale and I am looking for manager or Partner options. It will involve new software to send and accept application and populate sales opportunities. •Upgrade of 2 existing websites and also designs, builds and link web technology solutions and services for other 48 domains company owns. •Close work with Brisbane based 4Business design group on graphic design. •Applied new web apps and developing custom software installation packages to make websites more attractive and work of other employees faster and more effective. Also, onsite installation software support for PC employees. •Installation of HubSpot and creative content using AI Jasper, founded by QLD Government grant. •Set a system to feed websites and social media with new information, immigration updates, government recommendation. Work closely with migration agent, clients, and employees to produce adequate content •Search and apply new web apps for clients to make visa process and school enrolment faster and easier. It includes booking, communication, and document processing apps.
