The Position:
Full-time (37.5 hours - 40 per week)
Mostly work from home (team collaboration via Zoom)
1-2 days per week at our hip South Melbourne Creative Cubes office
The Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide overall support to our experienced registered migration agents
Preparing and reviewing documents for visa applications (e.g. visa application forms, supporting documents)
Preparing internal documents (e.g. document checklists, questionnaires)
Managing client and application timelines
Answering basic email and phone inquiries from existing customers and helping with their appointment bookings
