We are seeking an experienced administrator/receptionist to join our progressive and expanding communications company. It is a full time position to WORK FROM HOME. You will need to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good initiative and outstanding time management skills to be considered for this diverse and challenging role.
Role Entails:
Virtual role - predominantly work from home
Managing incoming phone calls & emails , intelligent call handling/processing, creating, assigning & managing tickets
Processing orders for fixed line and mobile orders
Creating tickets, job requests & invoices
Reconciliation, invoicing, stock orders
Providing general support to service and projects teams
General duties such as filing, invoicing, stock ordering, and general correspondence
Day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and completion tracking of tasks as prioritised.
Other ad hoc duties as required
Ideally you will have:
1-2 years proven experience in a similar position
Strong, professional work ethic
Team player mentality
Excellent computer, verbal and written skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
High level of understanding in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Work independently & continually learn
Experience with Telco (eg Telstra, Optus, AAPT, TPG) & associated vendors
