Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate travel bookings including domestic and international travel for members of the Destination Development Team.
Arrange meetings and agendas, and take notes as required including for Team meetings, Manager meetings, and other meetings as required.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other documents as required.
Coordinate and prepare responses to general enquiries directed to the Team.
Undertake purchase card reconciliation, invoice processing, and raising of purchase orders as required.
Provide high level administrative support across all functions of the Team.
Assist other Teams as requested by Executive Director, Destination Development including providing assistance to main switchboard.
Provide confidential administrative support to Executive Director, Destination Development.
Provide diary management for the Executive Director of Destination Development, including responding and sending invitations and coordination of diary.
Draft email responses and letters when required.
Meeting coordination including set up, note taking and responses.
