Administration Assistant superstar, you will work in our purpose built, dynamic and highly collaborative laneway workspace in the CBD, surrounded by passionate wine lovers and some of the world’s best wine!
Our customers are at the heart of what we do so you will need to apply your admin magic to support a motley crew of like-minded folk to foster customer relationships, drive sales and ensure that the customer experience is remarkable, engaging, efficient, and effective.
You exude a warm and engaging customer service style, have exceptional communication and a shared interest in all things wine; you’ll also be tech savvy across MS Office with outstanding typing skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ideally we’d love you to have experience in a similar role so that you can hit the ground running as we head into our busy period, supporting our team to process and report on customer sales, database management, data entry, stock coordination, answering incoming calls, and the day-to-day administration tasks and general office housekeeping.
