What We Offer Onsite parking is provided Ability to grow within the role as the business grows On-the-job training Flexible working options to promote healthy work/life boundaries Competitive pay rates annual remuneration reviews About the Role based in our Adelaide office located in Keswick, our team are looking for an Administration extraordinaire who wants to take on this role and expand their skills, some of the daily tasks could be: Generation of invoices; including following up purchase orders Generation of statements Maintaining registers, databases and client portals by entering data (eg dates) and/or uploading service reports, client-specific documentation and invoices Checking information on internal information systems to ensure our customer service commitments and contractual agreements are being fulfilled General office/administrative duties including telephones, mail, maintaining stationery, etc About You You have 2 years’ administration and/or data entry experience You are skilled in using Microsoft Office You have a thirst for knowledge and learning new applications You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail. Learning on-the-job is your preferred style You are well presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal skills.
