ICT related roles and responsibilities • Responsible for developing and implementing our technology systems which are Excel, • Myob, Xero and Microsoft Outlook to optimize business processes and maximize profits • for our organization. • Designing and creating marketing contents such as brochures, flyers, logo using Canva • Applying managerial systems that meet the needs of both clients and company • management by using Coach Manager • Identify errors and issues in business system methods and suggest action plans for • improvement such as hiring workers • Determining KPI metrics to monitor business growth, identify weak points and create • alternative solutions • Applying technical strategies for client targeting on social media Managerial related roles and responsibilities • Carry out investigations and analysis to gain full knowledge of chartered bus service • processes and procedure of our organization • Employ project management methodology and techniques in developing and managing • project plans such as company growth and projection in relation to growing demand in • support coordination of disability sector • Look out for new ways to improve and deliver value to customers and business partners • Prepare training manuals and overseeing the induction of employees • Develop documentation and maintain accurate records of • Suggest cost effective solutions to reduce unnecessary business costs • Apply optimum practices as per NSW transport rules and regulations and creating • procedures to uphold level of service REQUIRED SKILLS - Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher - At least 2 years’ experience as an ICT Business Analyst in Australia - Experienced in creating and implementing system and software solutions.
