We are looking for a self-motivated Business Analyst to join our team of ICT professionals who will be responsible for leading the analysis and the organisation in the business units. The ICT Business Analyst will work closely with a range of stakeholders and clients to design, develop and implement a range of systems to optimise business processes and make the organisation more profitable. Your role requires you to understand and anticipate business problems and provide solutions by laying out technical strategies. You will be responsible for the following duties but are not limited to: · Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment · Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behaviour · Perform requirement analysis · Review the existing systems and pathways · Update, implement and maintain procedures · Provide leadership and training · Communicate and plan your insights with the functional team · Design and execute A/B Testing · Create strategic time to meet the client’s process development targets · Handle budget planning and utilisation of a project · Develop appropriate documentation · Identify risks The applicant must have: · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education · At least two years of experience in a similar role · Troubleshooting skills · IT and Microsoft Office skills · Analytical, Problem-solving skills · Business and data analysis · Ability to collaborate with team
