What do you do?
Assist the Project Manager in monitoring the overall progression of the projects against time, cost and quality.
Liaise with clients on projects by supporting, facilitating and developing relationships to ensure the service is delivered in a collaborative manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and establish partnering relationships with relevant external builders, contractors, and suppliers.
What do you need?
1 - 2 years experience working in a similar role
Strong desire to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
High level interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interpret and apply contract documentation
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight time frames
