The Role:
To be considered for this role is essential that you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Tertiary Qualified (Construction) with at least 36 months relevant experience.
Must have worked on major fitout and refurbishment projects
Pre-Construction, Procurement / Contracts Administration experience
Undertake the full range of a site-based Assistant Project Manager responsibilities (consistent with your qualifications, skills and capabilities):
Prepare and manage subcontract agreements.
Preparing safety and construction documentation; to procurement; to preparing, to liaising with the client; to investigating services/utilities and issuing internal permits to work.
To maintaining a rolling program with the supervisor.
To QA; To Contract Administration; to daily cost control; to weekly and monthly reporting.
The ability to follow through on delegated instructions and tasks.
Liaise with our Subcontractors (Clients) and coordinate their works with the project client.
Carry out Site Inspections and attend client meetings.
