TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Suggesting and implementing technology systems to optimise business processes. o Working and collaborating with the management to analyse business processes, determining the needs of the system, suggesting, and documenting functional requirements and providing functional system specifications for the system developers. o Conducting multi-variant system test plans, conversion tests to ensure the quality and integrity of the system. Analysing results to prepare reports/documentation and forwarding it to the management and system developers through platforms like Teamwork and Jira. o Collaborating with sales team and conducting integration with e-commerce retailers, importing their product data into Betterthat database o Measuring and monitoring site performance and using the gathered data to make recommendations and improvements in performance. Using various analytical tools like Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics to better understand the customers’ behaviour and the journey that they are taking. o Collaborating with data, sales, and marketing team on optimising the website experience/journey, feeding into the decisions on content, functionality, and layout across the site. • Observing the initiation and implementation of a system or a process/feature of the system to coordinate tests and validate performance. o Analysing additional requirements and specifications of the system, providing input on developing process flow diagrams and flowcharts for the developers to follow. o Collaborating with the system development team on identifying, analysing, and monitoring the system's management for issues, enhancements, etc and acting as a reference point for documenting and providing relevant information that aids in the decision making around data. • Preparing data breakdown report to assist in the system project decision making. • Liaising directly with the partnered business teams to gather, store and document their business information, requirements, conditions, conduct business-specific data exploration, and aid in the integration process. • Responsible for business's data mapping, cleansing, approving after platform integration. • Utilizing appropriate data modelling techniques to represent and graphically depict various activities, processes, and data. • Applying best practices for effective communication, problem-solving, and finding new ways to create and deliver value to the business. • Developing documentation, maintaining accurate records for Research and Development, and reference purposes. • Preparing training manuals, instructional videos, assigning and overseeing the workload of casuals and interns.
REQUIREMENTS: To successfully apply for this full-time role, you: • Must have proven relevant experience (3 years) in similar Database (ICT Business) Analyst role. • Will have relevant qualifications (minimum master level qualification). • Have analytical skills, accuracy, and an attention to detail. • Skills of reporting and rapport building regarding ICT problems and their solutions. • Are able to multitask, be a self-starter, team player, and be highly motivated. • Have a strong work ethic and desire to grow and develop your career.
