Will be responsible for identifying business problem areas and aligning themselves to the pain areas through structured Continuous Improvement projects within Telecom practice. Provide quality analytical service by applying lean, six sigma and other relevant quality methodologies with the objective to reduce cost/cycle time, improve productivity, increase revenue, improve product/service quality, and/or realign organizational practices with business strategies. Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identify process improvement/re-engineering opportunities. Will seek opportunity for Automation, Robotics and other technology solutions to bring scalability in the processes. Will work in coordination with other departments to incubate new solutions and will be responsible for developing and integrating Business Support System and Operations Support Systems within Telecom practice. This will involve development, testing, documentation and support services for OSS. May also be required to use other administrative skills to complete tasks for the project.

Design and implementation of business, process and system improvement initiatives 2. Share progress on continuous improvement initiatives with the leadership team 3. Participate in governance reviews to review the update and action plan on various process and system improvements 4. Task Included – Identification of transformation opportunities, Assessment, CBA, solution design, Requirement gathering, and Creation of BRD & FRD documents 5. Spread awareness around practices as Digital, Automation etc. via workshops, sessions and other activities 6. Presenting data, sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders on actions (for assigned processes 7. Meticulously drive the change management and proactively own the deployment of new ideas and innovation 8. Work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows 9. Facilitating workshop’s with SME’s and documentation of process and workflows by using Signavio or Celonis 10. Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements and Identify issues and risk through Signavio or Celonis
