It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as the Administration Officer, Procurement you will:
Coordination between Procurement and other business units to organise procurement related meetings, workshops or evaluations.
Communicating procurement updates as directed by the Head of Procurement Porfolio, to team members, business partners, suppliers, or members of inter-agency working groups.
Setting up a timetable of procurement events in coordination with Procurement Portfolio team members as well as business stakeholders.
Circulate meeting papers in a timely manner.
Maintaining an up to date contact list of stakeholders that may members of certain Steering Committees, Working Groups, or Evaluation Committees.
Act as the systems administrator and key contact for procurement systems used by icare such as eTendering system and Procurement Central.
Manage the general Procurement mailbox and respond to queries.
Provide guidance and assist the wider stakeholders with variations and extensions.
Any other accountabilities as directed by the Head of Procurement Portfolio.
Your story so far:
1-3 years relevant experience
Experience in use of Microsoft Office applications – MS Word (Intermediate); PowerPoint (Intermediate); and Excel (Basic).
Project management specifically tracking deliverables.
Use of various web-based platforms for collaboration, e.g., MS Teams or SharePoint.
Contract administration e.g., raising purchase order requisition.
Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
Experience with NSW eTendering platform is desirable.
