The Position:
We are seeking an Administration and IT Officer whose focus will be to provide administrative support to our bank and assist in IT tasks (including general office affairs and reporting functions) to provide support internally and be well-communicated with vendors externally. This is a busy and critical role, you need to be a highly motivated and great team player. Responsibilities and duties of Administration and IT Officer including, but not limited to:
Reception support – Handling inbound calls, emails and assisting visitors.
Undertake general office duties, provide administrative support to the colleagues.
Liaise with suppliers and maintain professional relationships externally.
Ordering office supplies, checking the P.O Box and sending mail as required.
Maintaining office cleanliness and general office maintenance included arranging regular preventative maintenance.
Communicate with H.O IT Division and external vendors for the branches IT system and equipment if any related issues or faults.
Ensure the Branch server room and IT-related equipment working properly.
Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
Fire warden duties (training will be provided).
Any other general Admin/ IT duties and Ad Hoc duties as required.
Requirement:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
6 - 12 months of experience in Administration position is preferred.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are essential
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and thoroughness when executing tasks, high attention to detail.
Flexible, fast learner and easy-going.
Able to learn new tasks/ skills, ability to problem solve
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Chinese is required.
