To be successful in your first assignment with Novon you must have the following skills. • Understanding of modern frameworks (e.g.Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, HCD • Exceptional communication skills within project environments including developers, testers and business stakeholders • Understanding of UI and Design thinking • Prefer to work in a collaborative environment using tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Background in Data analytics with expert in comparing data sets to deduce accurate insights • Leads facilitating workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer and servicing • Journey walkthroughs and quality reviews with stakeholders of varying seniority • Past work experience in large customer focused enterprise environments such as Financial Services, Telco or Airlines will be highly regarded.
