Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Responsibilities : • Lead and support with design & customer requirement workshops and throughout the implementation of Workday. • Strong stakeholder management skills, confident in engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders. • Highly confident in using and configuring Workday. • Must have good knowledge of any of the modules - Absence/Time tracking/Benefits / Learning Management/ Expense Management/ Workday Recruitment/ Talent & Performance • Should be able to Configure Business processes, workday security, compensation plans, country setup, and overall HCM. • Excellent problem solver • Ability to create effort estimates based on requirements • Eager to master additional modules of Workday • Support in building and developing the CloudRock team. • Able to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.
