PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Liaise with Shriro’s managed services provider around the provision of monitoring, maintenance, and business continuity services across Shriro’s infrastructure • Analyse Shriro’s infrastructure & networks to provide recommendations on upgrades and architecture design that will improve the security posture and stability of the company’s platforms. Implement agreed improvements, including managing third party engagements to deliver the solution • Administer and maintain Exchange Online (Office 365) • Liaise with offsite backup storage provider to ensure the maintenance of backups & recovery procedures at the Equinix datacentre • Identify, analyse and test endpoint detection and response (Crowdstrike and Mimecast for email) • Monitor and respond in a timely manner to staff support requests as they arise within the IT Support System (Providing L1 / L2 support for Shriro Australia) • Documenting existing IT processes, procedures and operational management associated with system security and disaster recovery planning • Manage and maintain Shriro’s systems and applications including staff desktops, networks, ERP, FTP, mobile phones, printers, Active Directory, asset management system & IT ticketing system • Liaise with Shriro 3rd party partner to acquire hardware & software to meet IT and Business needs • Use project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to plan and implement infrastructure & network related projects • Work with the Shriro business to understand, analyse and document business requirements • Identify inefficiencies within business and system processes & behaviour, providing innovative solutions to improve them. Manage the implementation of these solutions • Administer and maintain Shriro’s DNS, security, and connectivity • Act as a key source of information – analysing, reviewing options, and providing recommendations with system related decision making • Work with the training team to create user and training documentation for the deployment of new systems and processes Specific Job Responsibilities & Tasks • DHCP, Radius, Filserver, server deployment and management. • Firewall Management - allowing domains, IP’s, ports, services, creation of new policies. • Crowdstrike policy management and enhancement, including deploying of agents. • Domain management • CCTV set up for warehouses • Okta management and administration. • Webserver management • Manage network printers • Operating System installation, upgrades and maintenance – Windows and Linux • System - Active Directory, Office 365, Physical Server, VM's, Storage and Backup • SMTP management • Mimecast management • Device support and management – Windows, MAC, iOS & Android
