Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities: • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications • Creating timelines and development goal • Working with key stakeholders regarding requirements gathering & solution design • Testing the stability and functionality of the application • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software • Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements • Ensure as far as is practicable that the workplace, under your control, is safe and without risks to health • Being a productive member of the Kaplan team by displaying the Company values through your day-to-day role • Adherence to Company Policy and Procedure Requirements: • Salesforce developer certification (essential) • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience – track record in delivering medium to large scale application developments (essential) • Development experience on Salesforce Classic platform (essential) • Clear & confident technical communication skills • Delivering against standard Agile practices • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/technology field (essential) • Experience in the Education sector (essential) • Experience in government reporting requirements – TCSI, AVETMISS (essential) • Experience with SSO/SAML (desirable)
