Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Tasks & Responsibilities Accounts Receivables Accounts Payable Processing Customer Orders Acknowledging Orders Back To Customers Sales Invoices & Packing Slips Con-Notes & Manifests Customer Service Liaising With Transport Companies Liaising With Customers & Suppliers Tracking Orders With Transport Companies & Providing POD's Scheduling Timeslots Answering Phones Attending To Visitors Other Administrative Duties Supporting The Team With Ad-Hoc Duties When Required Skills & Attributes Minimum 2 years experience in similar role Advanced knowledge of MYOB Accountright or MYOB Advanced Proficient computing skills in Microsoft Office Suite (excel) Analytical approach and skills Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to priorities and manage time well Organization and throughness in approach to all aspects of work Willingness to learn new tasks, adapt to changing demand and “can do attitude” Sound verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills to develop healthy and effective working relationships within the team What's On Offer $60,000 + Super, negotiable based on experience Full time Employment Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm (Flexible) Easy going, friendly, inclusive and supportive working environment
