How you’ll make an impact as Administration Assistant:
Performing general office admin duties
Updating and maintaining paperwork and other documents
Creating and maintaining information into databases, and maintain accurate records
Assisting in organising appointment, trainings, meetings, and interviews
Coordinate the scheduling and venue/online booking for training and other activities
Provide accurate and timely administrative support including minute taking, formatting correspondence and reports, photocopying, printing, scanning, and distributing communication and information
Support the general running of the office environment, e.g., ordering office consumables, printing supplies, kitchen supplies etc
What we are looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration role is necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong computer and MS Office skills
High level of customer service and professional phone manner
