Receptionist
What you'll be responsible for:
Greet all visitors and guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Manage incoming communications to ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate contact efficiently
Immediate start available
Implementation, review, and continuous improvement of effective administrative systems and procedures
Prepare, collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Management of the central calendar, including the coordination and preparation of internal and external meetings
Data entry and maintaining registers including input of customer information
Confidential management of records and correspondence
Manage deliveries in/out
Assist in event preparation and manage RSVPs
Undertake regular inventory management and replenishment of stationery, kitchen items, uniforms and other office amenities on behalf of the business, including stock-take as required; and
Provide general administrative support to the team
To be considered for this role:
Evidenced experience providing reception duties and/or administrative support (approximately 2 years);
High-level customer service skills with a "can do" approach;
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a high-volume environment and exercise initiative to prioritise;
Highly developed oral and written communication skills, including the ability to maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks within established and/or conflicting deadlines;
Demonstrated competency in navigating computer systems including Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and a typing speed of 50wpm with high accuracy;
Understanding of records management principles and the ability to handle and maintain confidential information appropriately;
Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to take on a wide range of diverse tasks and adjust to competing priorities;
Current NDIS Workers Check or willing to obtain;
Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain;
Current and unrestricted South Australian Driver's License;
Satisfactory completion of Child Safe Environments training
Must be COVID Vaccinated plus booster
