About the Role The role of the Administration Officer is to provide administrative support to all divisions within the SA public sector. My client is seeking an administration officer who is professional, provides exceptional customer service, is organised with strong administration experience and exceptional teamwork skills. Duties Manage all mailboxes assigned to the operations team Processing of accounts for all SA Schemes Logging of Workers Compensation incidents Indexing of medical reports Processing new incident reports Monthly reporting Updating of schedules and issuing invoices Attend meetings and record meeting minutes Liaises with internal divisions when required to complete job tasks Provide reception coverage and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Skills and Experience Proficient in Microsoft suite Ability to pick up internal database systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Self- starter who works independently Professional demeanour Positive Can-Do Attitude Willingness to learn Must be an Australian Resident
