About the role Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will see you supporting all day-to-day operations and the achievement of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process inbound sales through various channels Respond to phone and email inquiries Attend to walk-in customers and demonstrate products Pick inventory and dispatch orders Style show room and warehouse Data entry and maintenance of digital records Accounts payable and receivable support Coordinate events, travel and expos Uphold the business mission, vision and values Assist management with projects and ad-hoc administration duties as requested Skills and experience Certificate II in Business or minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Administration Exceptional customer service and communication skills Proven ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers Collaborative, solutions-focused approach to tasks Working knowledge of windows-based software, Shopify, Hubspot and Xero Experience in e-commerce, disability and/or aged care sectors desirable
