THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY…
This is a role that you can really bring your best self to and combine your passion for property with your outstanding customer service skills. As the first impression and a face of Harris, you will be working alongside another Corporate Receptionist to:
Multitask a variety of responsibilities including greeting clients
Answer and transfer phone calls from a busy switchboard
Manage email enquiries, prepare settlement gifts, and manage ingoing and outgoing keys
Arrange couriers, sort mail, order stationery for the office, and stock office supplies
Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external Harris clients

There are a few things that you will need to demonstrate to be set up for success in this role. This role requires someone who is professional, well-spoken, has a passion for customer service, a high level of attention to detail, and has a great ability to multitask and prioritise.

Real estate experience is highly preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist role
Outstanding communication skills and telephone manner
Outstanding organisational and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
