Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Roles of ICT support Technician Install required Software for the company. Respond the inquires about software and hardware problems. Monitor equipment, computer system or software to ensure best performance. Create computer network and security Programs Repair and replace the hardware such as printers’ terminals or modems. First person of contact in any case of the IT issues. Advice users to fix minor problems of hardware and software. Update and maintain company’s software and websites. Requirements • Minimum Bachelors qualification in a related subject • Minimum 2 years’ related experience • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently • Experience in Windows Server environment an Active Directory • Strong IT Technical knowledge • Actively be part of the team • Knowledge in Microsoft office suite
