Current opportunity This is a client-facing role which requires a strong technical and leadership background and will be responsible for the delivery of Cyber Security projects. You will foster a culture that values good quality and risk management practices and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service outcomes for internal and external clients. What you’ll be doing Security strategy, architecture, and roadmaps Support Partners with client business development and drafting of proposals and engagement letters Supervise and deliver complex cyber services and finalise assignments at a high level for Partner sign-off Work to identify new service or new business opportunities Help to build team performance at both an individual and team level and provide support and development opportunities to team members at all levels Actively support the Partners in the running and leadership of the team Identify and act on opportunities for process improvements for self and team What you’ll need to succeed Prior experience in a similar role Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel Be active within the cyber security industry and community to stay on-top of latest technical security industry trends and building out your network
