Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Your key responsibilities will include: Meeting and greeting clients Answering incoming calls and directing them Sorting incoming and outgoing mail, including ATO mail Assisting with Director's diary management Email management About You Previous experience in a reception or administration role preferred Be reliable and well presented Self starting energetic individual who can use their initiative Can work autonomously as well as part of a team to get the job done Quick learner Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong verbal and writing in English and Mandarin Experience including use of computer based accounting systems such as Xero, FYI and Xero Practice Manager will be highly regarded but not essential. Training and support provided!
