We are looking for a motivated and vibrant individual to manage our IT systems. As our business has grown, we require a full-time, in-house, ICT Support Technician. The successful applicants need to have exceptional IT and interpersonal skills as in this role, you will be providing IT support for staff as well as clients and their families on a daily basis in different day centre locations. The position will be 38 hours per week and will include on-call nights and some weekends and public holidays as required.
The role will include: • Maintain company website and create content for the website • Manage and resolve Brevity system issues • Research and integrate emerging technologies into company operations, including installing and downloading the required software • Work with all departments to provide IT support, including ensuring equipment and applications are efficiently used • Replace and manage IT equipment as required • Configure and manage computer networks for the business • Conduct training sessions for staff with new systems (Brevity) • Maintain software documentation guides for staff • Adapt programs to meet users' needs using innovative solutions across a range of users with varied IT knowledge • Create marketing materials like videos, logo designs, brochures, and graphic images for company marketing campaigns
ESSENTIAL: • Expertise knowledge in Brevity Care Software: 1 year (Required)
PREFERED • Qualifications in IT at Diploma level (or proven experience working in a similar role for at least 3 years)
