Skills & Experience • A comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com in an enterprise-level environment (100+ users) using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Experience working with senior management to align strategies and solutions • Proficient in designing and delivering solutions utilising Salesforce security and access framework and best practices • Deep understanding of native Salesforce features and functionality, role hierarchies, data models • Extensive experience building and using custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and general automation functionality • Experience managing multiple sandbox environments and effectively migrating changes to production environment • General understanding of API data flow, APEX, and Lightning pages • Demonstrated project management skills with a sense of commitment and urgency • At least 2 Salesforce certifications • Proven experience in business analysis • Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops • Ability to understand a client’s problem and come up with multiple solutions • Outstanding communication skills • Experience in designing, estimating, implementing and testing Salesforce solutions
Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day ownership of complex and rapidly evolving Salesforce platform • Oversee complex project execution, leveraging internal teams, PMO resources and partner delivery resources to deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs • Develop, maintain, and deliver on the strategic vision and roadmap for the evolution of Salesforce • Continually expand personal and enterprise knowledge of the Salesforce suite of systems • Develop and maintain project and system architecture documentation • Ensure the project management and development protocols and processes are adhered to by the delivery teams • Lead and mentor internal teams on Salesforce adoption and assess ways to increase adoption
