The candidate will also exhibit a strong capability and willingness to pick up and understand new concepts, especially regarding teleradiology imaging workflow systems (if not already).

Essential Experience and Skills
Development of product roadmaps, based on customers, users, market intelligence, and product team feedback
Ability to “sell” product vision and bring others onboard with that vision
Contemporary relevant professional experience as a Product Analyst
Proven ability to assess and interpret information to formulate recommendations and provide specialist advice to enable the organisation to achieve strategic system outcomes
Strong relationship development skills and ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies applied to project delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work and coordinate well within a globally dispersed team or independently
Ability to work across multiple time zones, either on site or remotely
To have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Proactive and self-motivated, using initiative to find and deliver innovative solutions
Desirable Skills
Tertiary qualifications in a clinical or technology related discipline
Formal Business Analyst qualifications or certifications
Experience working in an agile environment as a Scrum Master
Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Experience in radiology or teleradiology workflows
Familiarity with compliance against ISO 27001
