As a Business Analyst you will: • Provides and acquires sizing estimates of work required during a planning phase. • Analyzes complex cross functional business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements using industry standard methodologies and techniques, and is able to apply modified approaches and techniques to meet different circumstances • Defines the BA approach/plan • Ensures that the overall testing process encompasses the end to end solution • Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status • Partners with stakeholders to drive user adoption of the designed processes and solution. • Supports organizational change and training • Special projects as assigned • Analyzes and manages scope changes • Drives the creation of user acceptance test cases and manage User Acceptance Test execution and approval • Participates in the knowledge transfer to support organizations • Owns BA deliverables You are able to demonstrate: • Mastery level Business Analysis skill, including advanced requirements elicitation and management • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decompose problems and/or processes into logical parts • Strong understanding of the inputs, deliverables and methodologies of other key Solution Delivery roles, such as Project Management, Solution Engineering, Solution Developers, QA, DevOps, etc. • Demonstrates an ability to handle higher levels of process and solution complexity • Ability to proactively identify and diagnose more complex problems & opportunities • Comfortable operating under a range of applicable project methodologies, including waterfall and scrum/agile • Ability to coach and mentor.
