Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Duties and responsibilities: • Work with the management and testing departments and offer guidance, advice and relevant solutions that will best fit the business needs • Coordinate between the IT department and the executive branch and act as an information source and communicator between different company departments • Work with the executive branch in analysing business needs • Create reports on the progress of development, application and implementation of new business requirements • Gather, document and analyse business requirements • Analyse the design of technical systems and business models • Identify technological solutions to address business requirements • Conduct A/B tests and analyse data • Understand strategic business needs and plans for growth • Liaise with developers and system architects to ensure the system is correctly implemented • Monitor the implementation of business solutions for continuous improvement • Conduct intensive research and assessment on current business processes, technologies and systems in order to gain an understanding of the problems and potential challenges • Create and produce training manuals and user documentation to support newly adopted systems, technology or procedures Skills and Qualifications • Master of Information Systems (Preferred) • Graduate of Bachelor of Business Information Technology • Excellent problem-solving skills • Analytical mindset • Self-motivated with attention to detail • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Ability to work within a highly specialised team environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills Required Experience • At least five years of work experience • Experienced working in Australian companies in a similar role
