Executive Assistant With years of working experience in finance and real estate. Main Responsibilities: * Assist the Chairman in handling daily affairs to ensure that the work is completed on time; * Do a good job in mobilizing internal and external resources for specific business work; * Ability to manage parallel projects; * Proficient in using various types of office software, able to use at least one tool to make flow charts, strong word organization and writing ability; * Comprehensive knowledge structure, good expression, understanding, summary, strong communication skills; * Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, strong sense of service and responsibility.
