Responsibilities • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships with clients and team members. • Experience with clients with a record of adapting to client needs and the ability to negotiate trade-offs and compromises whilst working within a budget and sometimes tight deadlines. • Multiple years’ experience with custom software development and working as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead and establishing future roadmaps, along with their deployment. • Strong domain knowledge in digital solution design and implementation, working knowledge of current IT and development technologies and standards. This includes excellent knowledge of .NET software development and coding standards, including an understanding of Cloud-based environments and DevOps principles. • Demonstrated experience in an Architect role responsible for estimation, planning, deliverable generation and management practices, ensuring on-time delivery of major development projects. • Prior experience leading a development team in custom web-based platforms and application development environments. • Leadership and mentoring of technical team members to ensure collective team success. • A keen interest in technology, web application development and emerging future trends. • Must be very good with the following languages, platforms and frameworks: .Net Framework, Asp.Net MVC, ASP.Net WebApi, .Net Core/5/6, C#, Typescript, Angular, • Prior experience or knowledge of Docker/containers. • Nice to have Aurelia Js, WPF or willing to learn them during the journey with Finity
