Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Accept remote work: unacceptable

The area of focus will be: • Fund Operations / Fund Accounting • Cash Management / Settlements / Reconciliation Some of your Job tasks and responsibilities • Process clients account deposits and withdrawals, invoices • Reconciliation of accounts • Journal entries • Communication with internal and external stakeholders • Providing administrative and operational support to various departments such as sales, support and IT. Qualities required: • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with numbers • Excellent excel skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Mandarin & English speaker – Fluent in both • Strong mathematical skills • Ability to learn multiple computer systems • Ability to meet competing deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced environment • Qualifications in finance / accounting and or industry experience is highly regarded
