Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities: • ln partnership with the other technical lead, sets direction for all aspects of our technology practice • Using appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope • Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work. • Promptly escalate issues which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager. • Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables. • Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements Main Duties: • Conduct module level work effort estimations and integrate for the client applications • Will work under the guidance of the Project Manager/Architect/BA • Thoroughly understand the Requirements and Design. • Design and implement automated unit testing framework as required • Use best practices and coding standards, • Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback Skill and Experience Requirements: • 15+ Years of relevant lT industry experience. • Good Exposure in J2EE Applications Development around 10+ Years • Good knowledge of the atlassian products • Good knowledge of DB2 • Strong ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions. • Good problem solving skills.
