About You You are an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with over 5 years experience in managing, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining Citrix, RDS & Wintel deployments across hybrid cloud environments (on-prem and Azure). You possess at least 3 years experience in building, developing, and optimising Citrix, AVD, RDS & Wintel platform technologies across various IaaS & PaaS based services and you have strong expertise in Citrix, RDS, Azure & Wintel technologies such as: – Windows Server OS & Remote Desktop Services – Citrix Netscaler architecture, configuration, and deployments – Citrix XenApp architecture, configuration, and deployments – Primary Citrix roles including StoreFront, Delivery Controller, Studio, Director, License & Database – Citrix image management services such as PVS and MSC – Citrix Profiles services including UPM and FSLogix – Microsoft Azure services including AVD, Azure AD, IaaS, Networking, etc – Private & Public Cloud IaaS deployment such as VMware & Azure – High Availability & Disaster Recovery architecture and deployments (Citrix, AVD, Azure) – Advanced skills in Active Directory and Group Policies deployment, configuration and management Other key skills include: • Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products • Knowledge across other Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a high level of analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (documentation & presentation) • Ability to work in a team environment with a shared workload • Ability to make decisions and accept escalations as an expert SME where appropriate • Ability to priorities tasks and workload
