You are someone who . . . ticks these boxes! • Has a minimum of 10-years ‘hands-on’ experience in testing practises, tools and methodologies in the context of complex technology projects. • At least+5 years relevant CCM project experience in a Test Lead role in template testing and quality control related to Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. • Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience successfully leading and supporting senior test analysts and testers. • Has strong technical ability to understand complex integrations and functionality to review designs, develop test scenarios and guide testing activities to achieve required project quality. • Significant hands-on testing experience within a whole range of functional & non-functional testing including UAT, E2E, Acceptance and System Testing, both manual and automated. • Has a strong ability to problem solve and to communicate with the broader team. • Has an advanced understanding of software development methodologies and quality control processes. • Has a “can do” attitude with great communication skills and a problem-solving attitude • Experience in testing API's and use of XML and JSON data inputs (essential) • Technical Skills: Selenium, SQL, HTML/JavaScript, XML. • Tools Knowledge: Azure DevOps, SOAP UI, Postman, HP ALM, JMeter, SQL server, CDP StreamDIFF/DocDiff, MS Office. • Experience with writing automated scripts in POSTMAN. • Experience with writing and executing the SQL queries. • Significant hands-on testing experience within a whole range of functional & non-functional testing including UAT, E2E, Acceptance and System Testing, both manual and automated. • Ability to perform cross-platform end-to-end testing across multiple platforms. • Advanced understanding of software development methodologies and quality control processes
