You will have an Agile mindset and keen interest in software engineering across a range of technologies, while showcasing great communication skills and be a self-motivated team player. You will have experience in risk management and applying a risk mindset in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities • Regulatory Reporting platform infrastructure management • Infrastructure patching, soft rolls and upgrades • Resiliency support • Platform Risk & Compliance initiatives • CTB project infrastructure support • AWS cloud automation • Writing & updating technical, user & operational documentation
Key main tasks performed on a daily basis • CTB project activities (initially Axiom V10 upgrade project) • Risk & Compliance activities • Operations resilience support • AWS cloud maintenance & support • AWS cloud automation initiatives
Qualifications & Background • Required and desired work experience: o 5 – 10 years IT experience in engineering
Technical skillsets o cloud technologies such as AWS o microservices architecture o RDMS, SQL & PostfreSQL o UNIX scripting o SDLC tools (eg Bamboo, JIRA, GIT, Confluence).
Qualifications required (if applicable) o AWS Certification
Educational attainment:. o A Tertiary degree in IT or similar subject
