• Review all open tickets and conduct daily stand-up meetings on the progress of tickets • Well versed with ITIL process, Service Requests, Incident Management & Change Management • Required excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Problem solving skills to identify RCA and resolve the issue (Specifically in API GW, MFT and JAMS applications) • Able to work under pressure • Adhere to SLA’s while resolving the tickets specifically “Incidents” • Debug and fix production issues by analysing the tickets • Production deployment as per change management process • Provide Application & Technology knowledge training for graduates/freshers newly joined in the team, specific to technologies. • Participate in regular client meetings

• Experience in API Management and development experience in Axway MFT • Knowledge in Rest APIs , SOAP , XML Concepts, JSON • Extensive knowledge of Axway APi Gateway components • Experience developing APIs using policy studio • Good understanding of SOA • Knowledge of webservices and of security standards • Worked with scheduling product like JAMS Enterprise Job Scheduler/ActiveBatch Workload Automation/Stonebranch /Automic Automation/Cleo Integration Cloud/IBM Workload Automation/Snowflake. • Ready to work in Production support • Experience in Linux/Unix environments, integrating MFT system and in Winscp or similar tools • Must have programming knowledge • Should have knowledge of inbound/outbound file transfersms • SQL knowledge is required • Should be comfortable working with Git , SVN, winscp , putty
