Key Responsibilities: • Support the organisation’s TrakCare CIMS including maintenance and general administration, testing and training. • Assist in the regular maintenance, monitoring and auditing of systems and network performance in accordance with IT policies and procedures. • Assist in the deployment, upgrade, modification and testing of all ICT supported equipment, software and systems as directed. • Generate and maintain training and support documentation relating to the organisation’s ICT applications including CIMS and other cloud-delivered systems. • Develop and maintain documentation and generate reports as required.
Key Selection Criteria: • A professional qualification in Windows Server 2016 Domain Services or greater, Windows 10 Enterprise or greater • Experience in providing support to computer users, ideally in a Healthcare environment, • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing Helpdesk/1st Level ICT Support including:
queue management and assignment,
identification, categorisation of service requests
task assignment and escalation where required • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot ICT problems and communicate effectively with computer users of varying skill levels • Proven experience in administering, managing and troubleshooting:
Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Exchange admin Centre, Share Point Online, One Drive, Outlook, Teams
Citrix server, Citrix Studio, Citrix Director • Excellent sound operating knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Online Services, including but not limited to Power Automate, EndPoint Manager, Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 Operating Systems, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, , Medical Director, SDWAN Networking • A clear understanding of Microsoft 365 Online services, including Azure, EndPoint Manager, PowerAutomate, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams Dynamics NAV • Well-developed problem solving and technical documentation skills. • Strong verbal communication skills including the ability to convey complex information in simple and easily relatable terms
You will have experience in: • The support and diagnosis of networking issues in a Software-Defined Wide Area Network topology • Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations and mobile devices. • Administering, Management and troubleshooting of Citrix server, Citrix Studio, Citrix Director • Software management and end-user systems maintenance via Microsoft EndPoint Manager. • The provision of instruction and training of end-user staff. • The delivery and administration of cloud-based services. • The support and administration of health sector-specific applications
