About the role
This is a role for the natural navigator, the problem solver, the constantly curious and the lifelong learner. You'll partner with our clients to help them build bespoke products, modernise their applications and get the most of their technology landscape. This role is more than just systems and coding, it's about asking the right questions, having good practices and collaborating on the bigger picture. You'll help influence our clients on selecting the right technologies, shape requirements, design and architect solutions, set up good engineering and quality practices, and get hands-on with development.

About you
You're a full-stack software engineer who really knows their stuff and have experienced a variety of tech languages such as: C# , .NET Core, Typescript/JavaScript and either React, Vue, or even Svelte - we are a very varied house of experienced consultants
Azure Cloud Experience is desired
Previous experience leading and shaping product delivery including client presentations and workshop facilitation
A high level of proficiency in modern architecture practices
Demonstrating autonomy and expertise in code practices such as TDD and CI/CD
Design and Lead architectural discussions for client solutions & for multiple application classes
You live and breathe Agile (understand the purpose, value and common practices)
You are able to represent the DiUS brand internally & externally navigating opportunities and positioning your DiUS team mates as experts to the client
Managing teams/squad dynamics and taking part in internal development initiatives across coaching/mentoring
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Able to lead others and coordinate / prioritise tasks & workload
Manage and resolve conflict with relevant stakeholders with excellent team management
Ability to lead programmes of work not just teams
Be a primary point of influence with stakeholders, project teams and clients
Provide internal support to sales, marketing and other internal initiatives/teams
