Analyse business requirements and create specification documents for any new or change to technology applications and/or business processes
Elicit solution design briefs for new project work
Support the solution architect to develop a solution design that supports the business requirements
Be in charge of identifying and transforming requirements into epics, features, user stories, and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements
Produce ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps, data models, target operating models, and other BA-related outputs as required
Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically to support change with Business Impact Assessments
Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Business Verification Testing
Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and define the business acceptance criteria and test cases, supporting team members with their work where required
Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time
Collaborate with Platform Owner to maintain team’s backlog
Show proactiveness in preventing and identifying software issues in all solutions that the team supports

Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques
Proven experience playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change
The ability to mentor team members to evolve the agile practices and team culture
Experience Required
5+ years of experience as a technical business analyst
Knowledge of retail or business banking products
Knowledge of banking systems and processes
Experience with the principles of Agile methodologies
Experience working directly with software engineering or product development teams
Experience writing business outcome user requirements, technical user requirements
Understand API concepts, RDBMS concepts and can translate those into actionable user stories
Understanding of UI/UX Technologies and Developer Tools around it.
