Your new role
As a CRM BA working within the IT team, you are responsible for all responsibilities in relation to the CRM. You will document, deliver and support the changes within the platform and support the various business units including Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis experience within complex environments
Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 CRM experience
Experienced in business process capture and documentation
Strong Business requirements gathering skills and writing of functional specifications
