Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Escalation support for all applications including FCS, EZstream, Reservation Assist, Opera, Alcatel PBX, HR systems, CCTV and iScala
Moves/adds/changes for Alcatel PBX both front and back of house
User access management for Active Directory and all applications
Server and desktop laptop setup, imaging and patching
Managing network including Firmware upgrades, wireless AP's, basic configuration
Citrix Support (User access, application configuration, troubleshooting)
Managing backups and restores, including testing
Managing the servers including storage and VMware
Managing hardware lifecycle including network, servers, PC's and mobiles etc
Managing software deployments and upgrades
Managing licensing for all applications
Managing warranty and support contacts for all hardware and software
Managing mobile phones including new user set up and troubleshooting
User education on security including for new hires and refreshers
Designing and delivering IT training programs and workshops for Colleagues
Conducting regular system audits
Maintaining PCI and GDPR compliance
Budgeting for both OPEX expenses and CAPEX projects in coordination with Finance and controlling costs
Managing, planning and implementing major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages ensuring the timeframes are met
Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
Undertaking, as required, cost benefit analysis on all IT related expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions as required
Work with Purchasing Manager to ensure all IT related purchase requests are in line with Company policy and the required quotations are obtained.
Managing IT Service Desk
Work with the Global IT Office on company roll-outs, implementation of new systems and IT service requirements
Implementation of all Global IT policies and procedures on property and ensuring user compliance
