In your role you will be working closely with our talented operation team and will be responsible for: • Seek system user feedback and create and document methodologies to improve the company system • Integrate business processes between all ramifications, combining processes and optimising existing management procedures • Analysing existing management gaps and proposing new/improved systems with external programmers with follow-up system implementation and testing • Coordinating meetings between stakeholders to understand their needs and how to create a better management plan, as well as creating tools to facilitate the management of their daily tasks • Provide estimation of projects, calculating material and labour and the complexity of the project • Formulate tender packages and manage projects requirements for all projects from the business • Assist design team with construction methodologies and best practices as well as documentation • Organise and maintain documents created by stakeholders and construction partners • Provide regular ICT training to the business employee
As an interior designer of choice for high-end hospitality venues, ideally you will have: • Familiar with ArchiCAD, Smartsheet, Excel etc • Minimum 3 years system processes ICT experience • Exceptional attention to detail, operation processes and ICT improvement and standards • Experience in hospitality industry is a distinct advantage • Must have excellent English communication skills both speaking and writing. Other foreign languages will be advantages.
