Your main responsibilities will include:
Oversee the accurate and timely presentation of Management Reports, including monthly progress claims, Valuation & Forecasting reports for the Board, Senior Management and other third parties
Work closely to support various project audits in consultation with our project teams and other external third parties.
Overseeing the monthly profit margin reports, cash flow, Balance Sheet, Debtors and Creditors Ageing, Bank Covenants, WIP, Capex and company work in hand reports
Provide, develop, and monitor internal policies & procedures, Capital Expenditure and Working Capital requirements
Provide Leadership and Coaching of Staff performing Finance & Admin tasks within the business unit
Ensure Internal controls are maintained and monitored as well as Undertake ad hoc accounting tasks or projects as requested.
Requirements:
3 - 5 years experience within the accounting space, ideally within the construction space
Great communication skills, internal/external stakeholder management skills, excellent attention to detail and a resilient/ hard working mindset
Project Reporting experience within a Construction environment is highly favorable although not a necessity
