Work from home
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm (though we're flexible - we understand you have a life: going to the gym, dropping kids off, running footy training… let us know what hours work for you!
Managing Administration & Support for our clients
Answering & managing all incoming/outgoing phone calls
Scheduling jobs, following up on quotes & invoices in with clients
Processing staff wages & leave requests
Improving & writing business systems and processes - we have heaps of amazing software and processes setup, but we are always looking on ways to be better : )
