Educational requirements: Bachelor

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Your key accountabilities will include: Manage all commercial and financial activities to ensure completed works achieve the Work, Health, Safety & Environmental (WHS&E), Sustainability (ESD), time, cost and quality objectives for the project; Manage the procurement, establishment and the proper administration of all allocated subcontracts and/or supply agreements. Ensure all commercial administration activities on the project are in accordance with Scentre policies and procedures. Assist in the timely and accurate submission of project reporting. Preparation & agreement of submission to owners QS Preparation of hand over documents to delivery teams Proactive value engineering contributions Participate in the positive team culture What will set you apart from the rest? Tertiary qualification in related discipline Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial role Comprehensive knowledge of construction and development projects Experience working on commercial and retail projects. 100% accuracy in all areas of Forecasting, Cost Management Effective time management skills and are able to work in dynamic fast paced environment
